From Netty Cracknell, ISOPP President
What an incredible few months it’s been! We’ve just wrapped up the International ISOPP CAPhO 2025 symposium, and I’m still buzzing from the energy, learning, and connections we shared. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed—whether you presented, attended, volunteered, or supported in the background. It was truly a team effort, and I’m proud of what we accomplished together. You’ll find a brief from the Symposium in this issue.
While it was wonderful to see many of you in person, I know it’s not always easy for everyone to travel. That’s why I’m especially excited about the 2026 Annual Symposium: ISOPP’s first fully digital (maybe first ever), 24-hour global conference! The goal is to create a space where members from every time zone can come together on the same day. It’s going to be something really special, and we’ll share more details in next month’s newsletter—so keep an eye out!
In the meantime, our webinar series continues to offer opportunities to connect and learn. You can check out what’s coming up below. I also want to highlight something ISOPP is incredibly proud of—the publication of the ISOPP Oncology Pharmacy Service Levels, based on the global review conducted by a dedicated team in conjunction with the ISOPP Global Oncology Pharmacy Leaders. This is a meaningful milestone in our ongoing mission to support excellence and consistency in oncology pharmacy across the world.
Our AGM and Town Hall sparked some fantastic discussions and great questions. Thank you to everyone who participated—your voices matter, and they help shape our direction. We’ll be sharing a summary of the key insights and the Membership Survey results very soon.
After such a busy season, I’ll admit the last few weeks have been a bit quieter (and much appreciated!). But the pause has been brief—we’re now back in full swing and focused on the exciting work ahead.
As always, thank you for being part of the ISOPP oncology pharmacy community. Your passion and commitment continue to inspire me.
King regards
Netty Cracknell
