This survey aims to deepen our understanding of how side effects related to Trastuzumab Deruxtecan, a widely used antibody–drug conjugate, are managed in clinical practice, with a particular focus on the role of pharmacists. In addition, we aim to explore how factors such as healthcare system characteristics, institutional protocols, and the level of pharmacist involvement may influence supportive care strategies and clinical decision-making.
