The Clinical Oncology Society of Australia (COSA) Cancer Pharmacists Group (CPG) invites you to participate in an international survey examining how infusion-related reactions (IRRs) to parenteral systemic anticancer therapies are documented in clinical practice.
Who should complete the survey?
Healthcare professionals involved in the prescribing, preparation, administration, monitoring, or clinical management of parenteral systemic anticancer therapies.
Why is this important?
While existing guidance addresses the recognition and management of IRRs, there is limited consensus on what should be documented, where it should be recorded, and how this information should be communicated to support future treatment and continuity of care.
COSA’s CPG, together with an international multidisciplinary Steering Committee, is working to address this gap. Your experience will help us understand current practices across different healthcare settings and countries, identify areas of variation, and inform the development of practical guidance for standardised, clinically meaningful IRR documentation.
The survey takes approximately 15–20 minutes to complete.

We would also greatly appreciate your help in sharing our consumer survey with people who have received, or cared for someone who has received, cancer treatment by injection or infusion. Participants do not need to have experienced an infusion-related reaction—their perspectives on what they would expect or want documented are equally valuable.
