Tiffany Chan

Tiffany is an experienced cancer pharmacist with over 14 years of experience working at four different cancer centres. She received her MPharm degree from the University of Nottingham and is a certified independent prescriber with a postgraduate diploma in Clinical Oncology.

As the Lead Pharmacist in Cancer Services and the Deputy Chair of the Chemotherapy Working Group at the Great Western Hospital, Tiffany leads the modernisation of chemotherapy services delivery including integration of pharmacy services within the MDT / clinical areas to promote medicines optimisation. She is also an advocate for pharmacist /nurse led SACT review clinics and has set up a CDK 4/6i review clinic alongside the secondary breast CNS. Her interests are in haematology (Myeloma/CLL/MPN) and breast cancer. She is a member of the International Society of Oncology Pharmacy Practitioners, the European Society for Medical Oncology and the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
