I am eager to serve on the ISOPP Secretariat to actively contribute to the advancement of oncology pharmacy practice at a global level. Throughout my professional journey, I have been deeply committed to improving patient outcomes, promoting safe chemotherapy practices, and supporting the professional growth of oncology pharmacists. ISOPP’s mission to lead and inspire excellence in cancer care aligns strongly with my personal and professional values.

My experience in hospital and cancer-center pharmacy practice has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by oncology pharmacists worldwide—from resource limitations to evolving treatment protocols. I have participated in multidisciplinary teams, led educational initiatives, and mentored junior pharmacists, all of which have strengthened my leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

As a Secretariat member, I aim to contribute actively to global engagement, education, and advocacy efforts. I am particularly interested in supporting initiatives that expand access to oncology pharmacy education, enhance professional networking, and promote evidence-based practice in both developed and resource-limited settings.

Serving on the ISOPP Secretariat would be both an honor and a responsibility—an opportunity to collaborate with international colleagues, share innovative ideas, and help shape the future of oncology pharmacy.
