The 2017 EAHP Congress will be taking place in Cannes from 22-24 March, 2017, with seminars and workshops centred around the theme “Hospital Pharmacists – catalysts for change”. The 22nd EAHP Congress will offer you inspiration for the role as catalyst in the process of developing your every day job and influencing the future of your profession.
Keynote presentations such as “New medicines at any cost?” will inform you on the pharmaeconomic problems we are no facing with the introduction of new drugs with exorbitantly higher prices. New computer technology opens the door to the collection of big data. How should we handle this? What are the risks in using this data for the development of new strategies in healthcare? Keynote 3 will focus on EAHP’s effort to achieve recognition on the European Level as a professional body for Hospital Pharmacists by explaining our activities in the Common Training Framework (CTF). The 12 congress seminars, which are open for interaction with the speakers, are related to three themes: Leadership and management, Innovation, Pharmacotherapy and best point of service.
