Registration Fees

Registration fees are priced to be inclusive and support ISOPP’s mission to promote and enhance the practice of oncology pharmacy worldwide. The fees are determined by the country in which you are employed. Income levels for each country are based on an average of three different world ranking economic listings.
Determine your country income level to select the appropriate fee category by referring to the table below. If your country is not on this list, please review the country income levels list before selecting the fee applicable to you.

Registration Fees

The table below outlines the early bird and regular registration fees by country level for the Symposium in Pound Sterling (GBP). 
Register by Monday, August 12, 2019 and pay by Monday, September 16, 2019 to receive the Early Bird rate. Registration categories will be changed to the next level for payments received after the September 16 deadline. Member rates are available to individuals who have paid their 2018 and 2019 ISOPP or BOPA member fees.

Symposium registration also includes the eligibility to sign up at either a discount rate or attend complimentary Pre and Post Symposium ancillary events:

Biosimilars Workshop
Fee applies, with a discounted rate for ISOPP19 registrants (fees are to be determined).
This one day interactive workshop is organized by the ISOPP Biosimilars Task Force and will focus on the education needs of ISOPP / BOPA members, as identified in ISOPP’s recent needs assessment survey.

Introduction to Oncology Pharmacy Course 
Complimentary to BOPA members and ISOPP19 registrants.
The course, organized by BOPA, is aimed at practitioners new to oncology (less than 2 years’ experience) and will deliver sessions on key topics such as pharmaceutical care planning, oncological emergencies and much more.

Masterclass 
Fee applies, with a discounted rate for ISOPP19 registrants (fees are outlined below).  Membership in ISOPP is required to attend.
A full day practical workshop specific to the needs of oncology pharmacy practitioners, will be facilitated by leaders and oncology pharmacy experts. The topic/s to be announced.

Technical Site Visit (subject to availability and if organized)
Complimentary to ISOPP19 registrants.

 

Registration Category Definitions

Allied Health Professional (Pharmacy Technicians / Assistants, Nurses etc) rates are available to professionals in the practice of oncology pharmacy, such as technicians and pharmacy assistants, and health professional in related fields, such as nurses. Work identification confirming your role is required to confirm this rate. 
You can upload supporting document(s) during online registration (JPEG, PDF or word document to a maximum file size of 5,000 GB per file) or submit documentation within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to the address listed at the bottom of this page.

Resident /Student /Pre-registration Pharmacist and Pre-Registration Technicians rates are available to anyone enrolled full time in a residency program, post-secondary education and/or pre-register pharmacist. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar confirming residency status and/or enrollment, is required to confirm this rate.

Optional Networking Evening Event

During the evening on Saturday, October 12, 2019, cruise the River Thames on the P.S. Dixie Queen, London’s largest entertainment and party boat. It is a luxurious replica of a 19th century Mississippi Paddleboat.  Tickets for this optional networking event can be purchased for 69 GBP per person during the registration process.  Guests are welcome.

 
Masterclass/es

There will be Masterclass/es offered on Monday, October 14, 2019 and available to ISOPP members only. See the Masterclass page for program details. If you are not an ISOPP member and would like to register for a Masterclass, please join ISOPP and pay your member fees prior to registering.

Methods of Payment     

Credit Card: MasterCard and Visa
If paying by credit card, Sea to Sky Meeting Management will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement, and the amount charged will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your country.

Wire Transfer (applicable prior to September 16, 2019)All wire transfers are payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management, are due in GBP and must be received by Monday, September 16, 2019, otherwise, payment via another method will be required. 
When requesting a wire transfer to pay your fees, please advise your bank to deduct any fees from the sender’s account, and not from the beneficiary’s, as full payment is required.
On the wire transfer, please note ISOPP 2019 and the name of the registrant(s) as a reference.  Wire transfer information will be included on the invoice that is sent to the email address provided in this registration upon completion of your registration. 
 

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Refunds are available until Monday, September 16, 2019 and are subject to a cancellation administration fee (75 GBP per Symposium participant and 40 GBP per Masterclass participant and Networking Evening Event ticket).  As of Tuesday, September 17, 2019, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Wednesday, October 2, 2019. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting and Association Management at register@isopp.org.

Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.
 

Travel Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation

Please confirm with the United Kingdom (UK) Embassy or Consulate in your country or region, if you will require a travel visa to enter the UK. Should an entry visa be required, please apply early to allow sufficient time for processing.

If you require an invitation letter, please indicate this during the online registration process and provide the requested details (date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport expiry date). An invitation letter will be sent to you automatically after completing your registration.
                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Other Registration Information

Wheelchair Access and Special Assistance: If you require wheelchair access and/or special assistance during the Symposium and/or Masterclass, please indicate your requirements during the registration process.

Insurance and Liability: Individuals take part in ISOPP activities including the Symposium and/or Masterclasses at their own risk and are responsible for their own health and travel insurance arrangements.
The registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. Participants are advised to take out personal insurance, including coverage for travel, accommodation, and personal possessions. Neither ISOPP, BOPA, the Organizing Task Force, the Symposium Management Company nor its suppliers, covers individuals against the cancellations of bookings for any reason including cancellation or postponement of the Symposium, and associate events, or for theft or damage to belongings.

Language: The official language of the Pre and Post Ancillary Events, Symposium, and Satellite Symposia is English.
