Registration Fees

Registration fees include membership to ISOPP and participation at ISOPP’s 2017 Symposium. If you have already paid for your 2017 ISOPP membership fee, then select the lower fee that is available to existing members.  All fees are quoted in Euro (€).

Symposium participation includes attendance at:

  • Scientific sessions
  • ISOPP Annual General Meeting
  • Satellite symposia
  • Exhibits and posters display viewing
  • Symposium Networking Events: Welcome reception on Wednesday, Lunches on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, Refreshment breaks on Thursday, Friday and Saturday and Networking Dinner Event on Friday

Host Country rates are available to those living in Hungary. 

Allied Health Professional rates are available to professionals in the practice of oncology pharmacy, such as technicians and pharmacy assistants, and health professional in related fields, such as nurses. Work identification confirming your role is required to confirm this rate, and must be received within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to:

Resident/Student rates are available to anyone enrolled full time in a residency program and/or post-secondary education. Proof, consisting of a copy of your identification card or a letter from the institution's registrar confirming residency status and/or enrollment, is required to confirm this rate, and must be received within two weeks of registering via email, fax or mail to:

Payment, Confirmation and Receipt

All payments are due in Euro (€). 

A confirmation email will be sent shortly after you register. If you submit payment by credit card, a receipt will be emailed. If you are paying by wire transfer, an invoice will be sent to you, followed by a receipt once payment is received.


Methods of Payment     

Credit Card – American Express, MasterCard and Visa

If paying by credit card, Sea to Sky Meeting Management Ltd. will appear as the vendor on your credit card statement.

Wire Transfer (applicable prior to the Symposium)

All wire transfers are payable to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Ltd., are due in Euro (€) and must be received by Monday, April 3, 2017, otherwise payment via another method will be required. On the wire transfer, please note “ISOPP” and the name of the registrant(s) as a reference. Wire transfer information will be included on the invoice sent upon completion of your registration to the email address provided.

Registration Deadlines

Symposium presenting authors must register by Monday, January 23, 2017 in order to ensure your abstract is included in the ISOPP 2017 program and in the supplement to the Journal of Oncology Pharmacy Practice (JOPP).

Onsite Symposium registration opens at the Budapest Marriott Hotel on Wednesday, April 26 to Saturday, April 29, 2017.

Cancellation, Refund and Substitution Policy

Refunds are available until Monday, February 20, 2017 and are subject to a cancellation administrative fee of €100 per person. As of Tuesday, February 21, 2017, no refunds will be provided, however substitutions can be made until Tuesday, April 18, 2017. All cancellations or substitution requests must be received in writing by Sea to Sky Meeting Management at Substitutions must be made at an equal or lesser registration category. No refunds will be issued for substitutions.

Entry Visa Requirements and Letter of Invitation

Hungary has visa waiver agreements with many countries. Please confirm with the Hungarian Embassy or Consulate in your country or region, if you will require a travel visa to enter Hungary. Should an entry visa be required, please apply early to allow sufficient time for processing.

Letter of Invitation

If you require a travel visa to attend the Symposium, please download the letter of invitation.  Save the letter on your computer and fill in the existing form fields with your personal information. You can then save and print the document.

Participation in ISOPP 2017 is at your own risk. Please make your own health and travel insurance arrangements.
