Be sure to attend the 18th British Oncology Pharmacy Association (BOPA) ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM taking place from the 23–25 October 2015. The setting for this year’s conference is the International Centre in the historic town of Telford in Shropshire—birthplace of Charles Darwin and the Industrial Revolution, and home to the Ironbridge Gorge, a UNESCO world heritage site. A carefully planned programme is being put together where you are guaranteed an array of lively presentations, workshops and debates.

This year a one day INTRODUCTION TO ONCOLOGY COURSE will be held prior to the BOPA Symposium on Thursday 22nd of October, at the Holiday Inn, Telford. To register for a place on the course, you must be a BOPA member. There are a limited number of places available and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

The BOPA committee have taken account of feedback from previous conferences with regards to the date of the symposium, and whilst it will always be a challenge to avoid the half-term school breaks we have decided this year to move the symposium to a later weekend.  We hope that this will enable more of you to join us in Telford.
